Challenges while Redesign

  • The rebranding aimed to retain the brand image to existing users yet appear as a fresh brand and improve user engagement and better connect with users.

  • The old version was lacking discoverability, difficult in usability and a cluttered interfaces, making it difficult for users to fully utilize its capabilities. We have added more features to it and designed the app to be user-friendly and appealing aesthetics.

  • The app has to be designed for flexibility of scaling up in the future for bigger financial plans.

How did we go about it?

During the discovery phase, we talked to users and studied competitors to really understand what people need and what’s out there. Then, we sketched out ideas and built prototypes to design user-friendly solutions, and polished the visuals through several rounds of UI design to make sure everything looked great and was easy to use.
