Problem statement
Our goal was to create a user-friendly web-based personal financing product designed to simplify the loan process for our growing customer base. We aimed to offer personal loans and provide a seamless loan tracking experience within the app. This initiative was driven by axio's commitment to making credit accessible and manageable for everyone, ensuring that customers can easily track their financial progress.
Solution
We created a seamless experience across both the app and web, allowing users to onboard quickly and verify their backgrounds in just a few steps. By eliminating the need for document uploads, we streamlined the process so that users can initiate their loan in just 10 minutes.

Design process 📐
We set clear goals and started with competitor analysis, conducting user research to understand the landscape and user needs. Next, we mapped out user flows and created wireframes to visualize the structure of the flow. We then created moodboard to establish the visual direction, crafted did a lot of UI design iterations to make the perfect UI.
